I had a huge smile on my face when I recovered this picture from my deleted photos. Yep! There’s a story here...with a very happy ending! 🥰
Just over a week ago I showed this adorable downtown bungalow to this very excited first time home buyer and she instantly fell in love. Sadly, I contacted the listing agent and it was no longer available.
One week later-back on the market and she wasn’t about to let it slip away again. With multiple offers on the table we wrote a very competitive offer and 🥁🥁🥁...we sealed the deal!!
Huge congrats to my buyer!!! In such a crazy market you can’t win them all but I always do all I can for my clients...and it is such an incredible feeling when it works out!! 🥳🙌🏼🙌🏼
