Sometimes the biggest wins have very little to do with real estate.

I met these sellers at one of my Open Houses back in December. They knew life was changing… they just weren’t quite sure what the next chapter looked like.

Somewhere along the way, a dream started taking shape.

A delayed celebration for Vinnie & Jules because life had a few extra plot twists after closing — 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 — and we wanted to make sure they were truly settled in before popping champagne in the driveway of their new home.

And MAN… 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵.

Somewhere between “cinematic luxury listing” and “full unicorn fever dream”…
we apparently lost all adult supervision. 🦄

Which is honestly impressive considering this started as a very normal conversation about marketing a beautiful 3 bed, 3 bath, 3 car garage home that just hit the market.
