Spring in Colorado Springs is starting to show off again 🌿☀️

Red Rock Canyon Open Space — just a few minutes from home and always the perfect reset. The mix of towering red sandstone, wide-open trails, and fresh spring air makes it easy to understand why this spot is so loved by locals.

Red Rock Canyon is known for its iconic rock formations, peaceful yet accessible trail system, and the way the light hits the canyon at sunrise and sunset. It’s a great place for hikers, runners, bikers (lots of bikers), and climbers alike. Despite its popularity, it rarely feels crowded — I can go long stretches without running into anyone.

In the spring, everything feels a little more alive here.
