Sometimes the hardest part of decluttering isn’t deciding what we don’t need anymore—it’s figuring out what to do with it.

I love the idea of looking at decluttering a little differently: not as getting rid of things, but as giving them a second life.

Have you ever looked around your house and thought, “How did we end up with all this stuff?” 😅

You’re definitely not alone.

Clutter has a way of building up little by little, and before we know it, closets are full, cabinets are overflowing, and there are things we haven’t used in years taking up valuable space.

What happens when you find the house, but something about it just doesn’t feel right?

That’s one of the reasons I tell buyers not to talk themselves into a home just because it checks most of the boxes. Sometimes the best decision you can make is to keep looking.

Buying a home is too big of a decision to settle for “good enough.” My job is to help you look at the whole picture, ask the right questions, and feel confident about the choice you’re making.

But here’s the important part: AI can give you information. It CAN'T walk into a house, notice what the photos aren’t showing, understand the feel of a neighborhood, or know the little details that can make a big difference in your decision.

The sweet spot is using technology **and** having a local expert who can help you make sense of it all.

Fall is a great time for a little reset before the holidays. Don’t tackle the whole house—pick one drawer, one closet or one corner and start there.
Keep what you love. Donate what someone else can use. Let go of what you don’t need.
A little less stuff can make home feel a whole lot lighter. 🏡
