Lodge at Black Forest Apartment Homes - Colorado Springs, CO

Lodge at Black Forest Apartment Homes - Colorado Springs, CO The Lodge at Black Forest apartment community is located in colorful Colorado Springs, CO. Open floor plans with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms have what you need and want.

When it’s all been said about the Springs, about being the #1 Best Big City…when you’ve conquered back country trails and carved through high mountain powder, home should be just as exhilarating. Lodge at Black Forest has everything for the adventurous, hard-working, hard-playing spirit – a top location and amenities designed to let you enjoy everything the Springs has to offer. Or just unplug, kick up your feet, and relax… Lodge has something for you. Lodge, a 5,100 square-foot clubhouse, has the whole package, starting with High Grounds, a gourmet coffee and tea café. Enjoy that cup beside the massive stone fireplace, or in the cyber lounge. Outside you’ll find a fireside lounge with a summer kitchen and al fresco dining. At the center of it all is a saltwater pool with cascading water and a hydrotherapy spa. Rocky Mountain-inspired design, lighted walkways and high country landscaping invite you outdoors, especially if you’re headed to the pet agility park to let your lovable pet romp a little. A pet grooming salon, car care center and tanning salon make simple tasks a pleasure. The putting green and horseshoe pit put fun at your fingertips, and WiFi hotspots keep you connected. Interiors are interestingly designed with
9' ceilings, archways and niches. Chef-caliber kitchens with plank flooring, center islands and Energy Star appliances will turn on your entertaining genes, while custom cabinetry and countertops add finishing touches to savor. Personal spaces soothe with soaking tubs and walk-in closets. Open-air balconies have bonus storage. If you’re a high-flyer, opt for a third-floor home with vaulted ceilings and a built-in fireplace. Don’t miss Lodge at Black Forest, where the spirit of the Springs lives on…with authentic high country soul.
