HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLQUITT
LEASE ADDENDUM – PARTIES/ LARGE GATHERINGS!

Lease Addendum: No Large Gatherings or Parties will be Allowed
This addendum is made part of the lease agreement between the Colquitt Housing Authority (hereafter "Landlord") and the tenant(s) residing at the leased premises.
Effective Date: JUNE 17, 2026
Purpose: To maintain a safe, peaceful, and respectful living environment for all residents, the following rule is added to the lease agreement:
No Large Gatherings or Parties Allowed on Housing Authority Properties
Key Rules and Restrictions
Tenants and their guests are prohibited from hosting large gatherings, parties, or events on the premises that disturb other residents or violate local laws.This includes any Housing Authority Parking Areas. ”Large gatherings" are defined as events involving more than 5 people.
Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior will be considered a violation of this lease addendum.
Violations of this rule may result in warnings, fines, or termination of the lease agreement.

10:00 PM Curfew: All outdoor music, cook-outs, and social gatherings must cease by 10:00 pm. on any and all Colquitt Housing Authority properties. This includes all porches, parking and common areas.

No volume levels from music or guest may disturb the peace of neighboring residents at any time

No Loitering is allowed on Any Properties of the Colquitt Housing Authority
Residents are legally and financially responsible for the actions, behavior, and conduct of all guest and visitors.
