✨Happy closing day - Keiara is a homeowner!! 🍾

Guys, I am so excited for her! Keiara and I met when I was volunteering at Cancer Services and she was in charge of their events and marketing. We clicked right away, and I loved working with her! Keiara is amazing at what she does, and has a heart for non profits and loving people. We reconnected in June to start her home search. In one month, we had our buyers consult over coffee (spent most of if catching up with each other lol), got her pre approved, looked at 4 homes and put an offer on the 4th house! Our first offer we wrote was accepted, and out of 7 other offers!! That’s a big deal in this crazy market! So, cheers to my friend on becoming a homeowner to this absolutely beautiful home with so much character in the ‘05. I am so happy for you. ✨Happy closing day to my parents!

This one is definitely bittersweet. We have had so many wonderful memories in this house. Dad and mom are moving back to Phoenix, and I was able to help them handle the sale of their house. I was thrilled to refer them to a realtor friend of mine from my online community in Phoenix who is taking care of them with buying their new house!

I am going to miss them and this gorgeous house! I just want to showcase this home one last time lol! The lot, kitchen, living room (that fireplace and bookshelves were everything), dad’s office…French doors - yes, please, the crawl space in the basement my mom turned into a toy room, and their master bed/bath were some of my favorites!

We closed on this beautiful home yesterday! One of the many reasons I wanted to get into real estate was to be able to help out my family and friend’s through the process of buying and selling. I am so grateful that I was able to help a family member sell this home even though it was bittersweet. 20 showings, on top of a packed open house, and 9 offers later…this beautiful home is sold!
