Josh recently joined the sales team at Orizon and plans to serve the Whitley and Noble County areas. Josh was born and raised In Noble County, Indiana and has worked in the Noble County area his entire life. Josh currently lives outside of Albion with his wife of 3 ½ years, Krista, and 2 ½ year old son, Hunter. Josh plans to use his knowledge of the local area to help serve the residents of Nobl
e and Whitley County with all their real estate needs. Josh is a 2000 graduate of West Noble High School and then attended IPFW from 2000 through 2005 at which point he graduated with an Associates Degree in Architectural Engineering Technologies and a Bachelors Degree in Construction Engineering Technologies. His real estate course study was acquired through Beer School of Real Estate in December of 2011. Josh has 15 years experience in the residential construction and design fields which include building new homes, additions and outbuildings. His designs have also been used for new home construction, additions and remodels. Theses tools are available to clients and customers to help them envision their new home. Josh has extensive understanding of zoning and county planning having served on the Noble County Planning Commission in 2010-2011 and currently being a member of the Noble County Zoning Board of Appeals. Josh has a great desire to serve the public and this experience should help him and his clients in his real estate career. In his rare hours of spare time Josh enjoys being an avid outdoorsman and spending time with his family.
