Just closed on this adorable charming churubusco home. This is the second home I have sold Rose so I appreciate her trust and loyalty. When we sat down to discuss what she was looking for in a home she told me that she really wanted a home with lots of character and charm. Well we found it just in time for her to spend the holidays in her beautiful new home! Also fun fact: we closed this one in just two short weeks! Shout out to David Wingate jr and First Merchant Bank for that! Congratulations Rose, cheers to you!!!
