One of my favorite parts of being in real estate in the stories I get to see God write! This closing was just a little extra special and I wanted to share the story.
Tanner and I listed this house for our wonderful sellers because they felt God telling them this was the perfect time. It just so happened that the buyers were here visiting their daughter and grandkids who live just 2 doors down. They took a family walk to get the mail, walked past the for sale sign the day we put it up, called us to set up a showing, and the rest is history! Not only that, but we also all came to realize that the sellers and buyers had a connection through family and friends that we didn’t even realize until names were in writing. Now the buyers get to enjoy their retirement with a home just 2 doors down from their daughter and grandbabies ❤️ it was such a privilege to see God work, to see everyone involved giving Him the glory, and to get to be a small part of the story! Congratulations to our sellers and buyers!
