✨ 5 Years Licensed — and a Lifetime in the Making ✨
This month marks 5 years since I officially became a licensed real estate agent, and with so many new faces around here, I figured it's time for a proper re-introduction.
Here's the thing — this milestone isn't just mine. It belongs to my mom, Penny Broach, just as much as it belongs to me.
I grew up watching Penny build her real estate career from the ground up. I sat in on conversations about contracts before I knew what half the words meant. I watched her show up for clients again and again, year after year, with the same trust and integrity every single time. Long before I ever got licensed, she was already teaching me what it means to truly serve people in this industry.
When I finally earned my license 5 years ago, Penny didn't just welcome me into real estate — she welcomed me into a partnership. Today, we run The Broach Company, LLC together as a true mother-daughter team, and I genuinely don't know who I'd be in this business without her. She's my mentor, my business partner, and one of my best friends. Every skill I have, every client relationship I value, every lesson about doing this work the right way — so much of it traces back to her.
Together, we bring decades of combined experience to every family we serve, but more than that, we bring a shared belief: that real estate is about relationships, not just transactions. Our mission is to build lifelong relationships rooted in trust, loyalty, and integrity — empowering families to achieve their real estate dreams with confidence while giving back to the Midlands community we both love.
Over these 5 years, I've especially loved helping first-time homebuyers take that exciting first step into homeownership — and I know I get to do that well because of the foundation Penny gave me. With her guidance and the support of Keller Williams' technology, we get to make the home buying and selling journey smoother and more personal for every client.
We're on a mission to bless 100 families with homeownership, and every single one of those families will have been touched by both of us — by a partnership built long before either of us ever held a real estate license.
So, hi again — I'm Brittany! And none of this happens without my mom, Penny. When I'm not working alongside her, you'll find me with my dog, a good book, at a concert (with my mom) or planning my next trip. ✈️🐾
