It may seem simple… but it really is that simple.

When deciding your paint palette, sometimes it helps to find a ‘theme’ so that the color options flow throughout the home vs a different color choice/palette in each room.

Light fixtures are an immediate game changer - and if you’re a DIYer, it can be a very inexpensive change with an immediate impact on the ambiance of your space.

Sometimes, especially with new construction, you get bulk-buy builder-grade fixtures like door handles, cabinet handles, etc. Sometimes you don’t get any at all - so opting to switch those out or add new is a quick way to upgrade your space.
