🏆 Congratulations to my investor client who sold their rental property at 637 N Highland Ave in Baltimore, MD. We’re very happy to be able to help people with their real estate needs.

People get very nervous about purchasing homes that are occupied by a tenant as was the case for this one. In fact, occupied homes can be a great way to start cash flowing immediately upon closing the house.

If it's really something non-negotiable, it's better to have an agent who's experienced working with tenants. In this case, we negotiated the occupant vacating the building for a small concession of rent and then delayed closing for a couple weeks until the property was vacated. It’s a win all the way around! 🤩
