If you are one of our owners who has had any kind of licensing or certifications updated in the last year, than you have crossed paths with Trinity Schrecengost!

Trinity is our New Year’s gift that keeps giving! She has held down compliance, if you have called into our main line, there’s a 93.479% chance you’ve talked to her, and she handles all of our Court filings.

Most recently, Trinity has stepped into the role of Property Manager, and she’s rocking that, too! Please join us in *officially* welcoming Trinity to our team. We cannot remember what our office was like without her! 🎉

Steve is the Regional Association Manager and resident Wizard *ahem* Expert in all things Associations - we do not know what we would do without Steve!

From Board meetings and Management Reports, to walking through Associations regularly, helping during floods, paying bills, etc, Steve is always present and always willing to help.

Happy Easter!

This is a friendly reminder, that if a house/apartment listing for rent on Marketplace does any of the following, it is probably a scam:

1. Communication with the “landlord” is *only* via text or messenger, but they refuse to call you to discuss further.

2. Text communications are written VERY poorly, or questions you ask are avoided.

3. Requires applications to be completed and fees for applications to be paid before seeing the property.

4. Tells you to go ahead and break a lockbox open, force entry on a door, etc.

5. Charges an extremely low rent and/or claims a “refundable deposit” that does not match the rent price.

Several of the properties we have listed are listed on Marketplace by scammers. ALWAYS Google search a property to see if it comes up on Zillow or anywhere else differently before you spend money! NEVER give out your bank/credit card info to a stranger!

If it seems like too good of a deal to be true, it might be! Be very careful!

Hey Guys! We love partnering with local vendors. A while ago, Boundless Love Animal Rescue helped us rescue an abandoned doggo from a tough situation.

By coincidence, this sweetheart, named Lucy, is *still* available! Because we are so busy, we are unable to take her in ourselves, but we would *LOVE* to see her find a lifetime of happiness with some awesome people!

Contact BLAR, or PM us for specific contact info if you’re interested in this little girl! She’s about 1.5 yrs old, loves long walks off short piers (mostly kidding!), is a super inquisitive sweetheart who needs an active home life and someone who is willing to give her a little time to trust and adjust.

Help us help Lucy find a home before the holidays!

Also, if you are looking for a phenomenal local organization to donate some $$ to, please consider BLAR! These folks are so giving of themselves, their hearts, and their time - the fur babies they save need food, sometimes treatments, medical procedures, etc.
