Congratulations to my client, William, on his first home!

When William first came to me, he had nearly given up hope of owning a home and was looking to just continue renting. Every lender he had spoken to had told him "no," that they couldn't help him get pre-approved for a loan. As a veteran, he was eligible to apply for the VA loan, which requires no down-payment and has reduced closing costs. I knew that home ownership was within reach and was not going to let him give up on his dream! Determined to find a solution, I was able to connect him with one of my preferred lenders, Angelica Brown at Movement Mortgage, who said, "yes", that she could help him get pre-approved. She was able to assess William's situation and provide guidance on what needed to be done to achieve his goal. Five months later, and here we are... after submitting a winning offer in a multiple offer situation, William is now a proud homeowner!

Sometimes, in a sea of "no's," all a person needs is just one "yes" to open the door to possibly... and a Realtor who believes that it's possible! 😊🏠

I know that I haven't posted in a while, and people may take that as "Oh, this Realtor doesn't have anything going on. She hasn't sold anything since last fall!" I am glad to say that this is entirely untrue. This has been my most successful year, yet!

I have been lazy at posting and am hoping to change that. I want my page to be personal...in a business kind of way. My hope is that you will see who I am...because I believe people like to do business with someone they feel like they know and trust. People want to know that the person they are trusting to guide them through the biggest transaction of their lives is someone who is successful at what they do! 🏠🏡

Congrats to my client, Yan, who just bought a condo 🏢 that she LOVES that overlooks the wonderful Rockville Town Square ⛲️! It checked off all of her boxes, including being within short walking distance 🚶🏻‍♀️ to the grocery store, restaurants, and metro train station 🚉.

Understanding exactly what my clients want is something that is very important to me! I don't want my clients to settle for a home that they just "like". I want them to find a home that they LOVE! ❤

Congratulations to my amazing clients, Alison and Nora, who just bought their FIRST home in Brunswick, MD! 🎉🍾

When the right house comes along, something incredible happens. People's eyes light up. A hopeful smile comes across their face. And their muted energy becomes electric!

My clients fell in love with this quaint two-story that had been lovingly well-maintained. It had a personalized, bohemian flair...from the painted front porch to the handmade kitchen cabinets that had heart-shaped peep holes. Not every house is for everyone, but every house is for someone! And my clients LOVED this one! So much so, that they went back and attended the Open House a couple of days later, where they met and spoke with the listing agent! By that time, I had already started the Offer submission process and had already been in contact with the listing agent. So, I was very happy and surprised when I received this text message from her..."Your clients were lovely by the way".

I truly believe that this was what sealed the deal...the fact that the listing agent was able to meet my clients and experience, first-hand, their enthusiasm and love for the home. In turn, she was able to convey this positive experience to the Sellers. This was a very important deciding factor for the Sellers, as they wanted their home to go to a couple who would love it just as much as they did. Love is love! ❤🏠❤🏳️‍🌈

This is what's so great about my job...I get to play matchmaker and help my clients fall in love with the home of their dreams!

When a local loan officer does a surprise drop by at your Open House with a box of cookies...what a way to make an impression! Thank you of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation!

It's important to have a Realtor who believes in connecting and working with trusted local lenders. In today's market, having a loan officer who is responsive during the "off hours" and knowledgeable about the local home buyer assistance programs is priceless! It makes for a smoother transaction and happier clients!

When you're running late for a showing and don't have time to stop at the gas station...you PRAY 🙏 that you have enough gas to get there and PRAY 🙏 that there's a gas station ⛽️ within 2 miles of the property 🏠! My prayers were answered! 🤣😁

Met up with my renter client at 3 AM so that I can give her the keys to her new home!

She had driven all the way from Oklahoma City to her new city of Dumfries, VA. Due to an unexpected travel delay, her afternoon estimated arrival time was pushed late into the night. We were supposed to meet with the listing agent for Security Deposit and key exchange that afternoon. However, the late arrival made it not possible.

In order to make the "not possible" into the "possible", I contacted the listing agent as soon as I found out that there was going to be a late arrival. We coordinated our efforts and hatched out a plan for the agent to leave the house keys in a lockbox at the house and for me to meet up with my client to do the key exchange and pick up the Security Deposit (to be delivered to the agent the next day). It is so very important for agents to have a good working relationship, so that they can coordinate to meet a common goal!

I'm happy to say that my client arrived safely and was very thankful that she didn't have to spend the cold, winter night sleeping in her car! Before her arrival, I had turned on all the lights and made sure the thermostat was set at a cozy temperature level...so that she would have a warm and welcoming home to arrive to, after such a long and weary journey!

Another satisfied client! 😊

Came across these cute kitties while out looking at properties for my investor client. They wanted me to be their new best friend! They definitely weren't feral kitties, as they kept following me around and were trying to give me some of their sweet lovin'. 😊🐈🐈❤

Maybe they were just hungry and wanted me to feed them.🤔 I should be like the UPS delivery person and start carrying treats in my vehicle...you know, just in case I make new furriends! 😊🐈🐶

You think I can get new clients that way? The way to a client's agreement is through their fur babies? 😉😁

Just closed on an investment property in Baltimore, MD for an out-of-state client! It was quite a process of me touring a variety of properties, from ones needing gut rehabs (with scary basements and possible squatters included) to those that were completely renovated and move-in ready. For each one, I created video tours and reported findings to my client. Through this, he valued my recommendations and advice, resulting in the purchase of his first investment property! I feel extremely honored that he put his trust in me to educate and guide him through this process!

I would like to thank and for making this a smooth and seamless settlement! I appreciate you!
