I'm passionate about professional listing photos for a reason! It's not fun to be surprised by the condition of a home, but it's even less fun to miss out on one you could have loved just because it didn't have good photos.

When it happens, we'll still go see the house! Sometimes we can find older photos to get an idea of floorplan and style, or sometimes not. Either way, it could be the one... or there could be a reason the photos weren't out there in the first place. 😉

Your home doesn't have to look like it belongs in a magazine for Buyers to love it... they just need to be able to see themselves there! Making sure it's clean is the number one way to help them.

A clean baseboard, a sparkling toilet, a tub without stains. All of these require a small effort but make a big impression. The best part is, all it requires is a bit of elbow grease! 💪
