Our favorite updates…..SOLD!! 🍍🏡🍍🏡

We said our goodbyes to the “no name” house this week. The kids never did agree on a name and it even resulted in a backseat argument so we quickly decided on “no name”. 😂😂

The hunt begins for our next house! I love our team! I hate calling ourselves flippers…There needs to be another name. We love helping neighborhoods and preserving charm….and doing renovations the RIGHT way….making beautiful and SAFE homes…love what we do!!

Out latest house had a flag pole!! Truly, it’s one of the FIRST things I noticed about this house. We got to fly our beautiful flag and last night the flag pole light was installed!

I have a feeling “flag pole” is gonna be added to our budgets from now on. Look how beautiful she looks!!

I completely forgot to post on Monday!!! (The joys of one of us being on vacation and the others up to their eyeballs in finishing the homeschool year!!)

Our favorite posts to make! We are officially under contract! We received multiple offers and are so excited for our buyer! This one is truly one of the BEST houses we’ve ever done.

Thank you Lord for the talent and opportunity to do what we do! We love the impact it has on neighborhoods and the people who buy our homes.

Small sample to judge by but what type of wood does this look like? It’s never been finished and been hidden under carpet and pad since 1970! We were shocked when we pulled up the carpet! My brother, Nick Johnson (the flooring guru) came by the new flip house and thinks we have something extra special! Curious what everyone else may think! We’re having it looked at next week but you know we can’t wait!! Lol!!!
