This week’s spotlight is on Walker Cate!

Walker is a brand new addition to our team as our Real Estate Acquisition Specialist. He brings with him over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate. Walker is on the Land Council at the Columbia Home Builders Association’s, the State Board at the Coastal Conservation Association, and he serves as President of the COWASEE Waterfowl, 501 (C) 3.

We asked Walker what made him most excited to join our team, and he said, “I had some previous dealings with Auben as the selling agent for a number of rental portfolios and was impressed by the ease of the transactions. I was looking for a change, and, after meeting with Lynwood and Chris here in Columbia, it felt like a natural fit.”
