Buying a new construction home? Don’t skip the pre-drywall inspection.
This is one of the few times you’ll get to see what’s behind the walls before the drywall goes up.
During this inspection, your home inspector is checking things like:
✔️ Framing
✔️ Plumbing
✔️ Electrical
✔️ HVAC
✔️ Overall workmanship
Think of it as your chance to make sure everything looks good before it gets covered up.
It’s one of those steps that many buyers don’t know about, but it can give you so much peace of mind.
