Good news for both buyers and sellers!
Buyers will see more homes to choose from, and sellers are seeing a slightly higher closed sales price. This is the stable market we all want to see for our clients!

Being recognized at any level within the Circle of Excellence means that a Realtor has been actively engaged within their association and the community throughout the year. An agent can sell millions of dollars in homes, but if they are not participating in events like -community development- quarterly meetings- fundraising endeavors that are tied into educational events like those the Young Professionals Group organizes (I sat on this committee in 2024) and the like, then they will never be awarded for their work by the C.O.E. Being recognized among your peers is quite an honor. Being awarded enough years in a row to receive status as a Life Member gives me a deep sense of gratitude. Being able to serve my clients in a meaningful way is humbling. Thank you all for allowing me to serve you. Please continue to let me know what I can do for you.

South Carolina’s newest state park has an opening date.

Pine Island will now have a “soft opening” to the public on Oct. 1 after years of preparation.

Initially, the park will open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, said Tim Ritter, Pine Island’s new on-site park manager.

The new 27-acre park was originally slated to be opened by the fall of 2024, but several snags delayed the opening. A fire destroyed the building meant to house the park manager in April of that year, and then the island suffered damage to both trees and structures from Hurricane Helene last fall. Now the park is back on track. Read here: bit.ly/3Ssedqg
