If you are buying or selling an older home walk around the structure and look for one of these. Underground oil tanks were common in the past. Digging up an oil tank can be costly.

I had the chance to take my time with this property. The buyer wanted a thorough inspection. I gave her four hours pulling it apart. Over 4,000 sq. ft. Listed at 7 beds 6 baths. This one was fun. Make sure you have a good inspection before you close.
