Yes, cameras like Ring and Google Nest are often seen outside, but they're also inside! So, be cautious with your comments while touring a property. 🗣💬 If you’re thinking of talking about a home’s condition, price, or anything else — save it for after the tour! 😉
Remember, sellers have the right to record conversations, and it’s your responsibility to be mindful of that! 😅
