Being a dad is one of the most rewarding (and let’s be honest, busiest) roles there is. Whether you’re the master of the backyard grill, the designated "heavy lifter" during a move, or the one always ready with a dad joke when it’s needed most, your impact on your family is huge.

I often think about my own dad and the lessons he taught me about hard work, integrity, and looking out for your neighbors. Those values are at the heart of why I love doing what I do today: helping families across Missouri find a place they can truly call home and build a legacy for the next generation.
