John “Jay” Bartos, Realtor Assisting buyers and sellers navigate the ever changing real estate market. About me. I was born in Atlanta, GA. I played football and golf in highschool.

I have family all over Georgia, South Carolina and even Alaska! I have a wonderful wife who is from New York, who works at a local pediatric office in Columbia. I also have 2 young children that are my retirement plans!! They are both projected to be well over six feet and hopefully will be as athletic as their father was before 2 back surgeries! I have been in the auto industry most of my profess

ional life. I have always enjoyed it because you never knew who you would meet next. I have met everyone from servers to Senators and made many friends along the way. To me sales is a part of life, that is why I have chosen a new career in Real Estate and have decided to join The ART of Real Estate team. Sales has always been one of my passions. I have read many books, seen many speakers in person and learned so much along the way. As you can guess I am pretty good at the art of sales and negotiations. My father worked for Jim Hudson for many years selling cars before he passed a few years ago from cancer. My mother actually sold real estate for Gordon Gallup and associates many years ago. I’m optimistic about my future in real estate, this is going to be a culmination of life lessons, training and experience. My patience is second to none. I always will see the best in every scenario even on a cloudy day. My motto is to be like water and find a way.
