How do you handle amenity disruptions? This guest’s WiFi was literally cut off by nearby roadwork. Even though we couldn’t get it repaired until the following day, they still left a 5 ⭐️ review, and thanked us for the help!

We prioritize making guests feel prioritized. And a little “we twixed it” gift is something I learned from my hotel days 😊
