So, you’ve put in an offer for your new home...now what?🏡🏡🏡

1. View and sign necessary documents to make an offer...See if offer will be accepted; if it’s not accepted, be prepared for a possible counter offer from the seller
2. Once the seller has accepted your offer, Get ready to pay your Earnest Money (between $500-$1000)...
3. Have your Realtor schedule a Home Inspection, HVAC inspection, and a Termite Inspection (an estimate of about $500 for everything total depending on the specs of the house)
4. Wait on the results of those inspections...
5. Determine if you want to move forward after reviewing results and needed repairs; ask for seller to pay for major defects
