✨Congratulations to my buyer clients on purchasing this beautiful home located in Bluffton, South Carolina. This particular client was looking for their forever home!! 🏡

One of the clients is also a prior military spouse. I was able to hear some of her stories from years ago as we waited at the attorneys office. Times have changed in military life but we all have very similar stories that allow us to share special moments + memories.

So thankful to be able to continue serving our military community in the many different life journeys and moments we find ourselves in.

So so thankful for my referral partners, past client referrals, and for these wonderful souls for trusting me on their home buying journey.

2 veterans assisted. One family bought their potential forever home. The second purchased his first + future investment property. And the third is an active duty family who PCSd from JBLM WA who is nearing retirement!! 🖤

What a great month this was for me and these families.

This family was connected with me through old friends & colleagues from WA state. Kyle Johnson & Ilea Kay Anderson They PCSd from JBLM to Hunter Army Airfield. Sound familiar- ish?

We were able to get some closing cost covered & ultimately find them a house they loved in budget.💰

✨Sometimes finding a home that feels right can take some adjustments. Originally, we were looking around the Savannah area and just we’re not having luck with what they needed in a home and so we ended up revisiting the game plan and looking in Hinesville.

✨It goes to show at the end of the day if you want to buy a house, we can make it work. We just all have to be willing to work together together and make adjustments as needed to obtain the goal.

✨A lot of people think my husband’s crazy for having to do the commute from Pooler down to Hinesville, but it goes to show that we are not alone. Many military families end up doing at least a 30-45 minute commute in order to make their real estate dreams come true. 🏡

✨So thankful to my clients for their trust, and my referral partners and past colleagues. 🫶

This veteran and his family came to me through a past client & I am so grateful for that. 🖤

They really wanted some thing newer, and something zoned in their current highschoolers district and very quickly we were able to find this gem.

New construction homes are often flying off the markets and I don’t foresee that changing. That said if you see something you LOVE you definitely don’t want to miss out.

These wonderful clients were able to secure a 5.75% rate by utilizing the builders incentives reducing their overall cost to purchase the home and saving them thousands of dollars overtime. 💰

Whether you are buying new construction, or a resale home, there are always deals to be found and negotiations to be strategized.

Your referrals truly mean the world to me. It was such a pleasure getting to serve another veteran/military family. 🖤
