Today’s closing definitely kept us on our toes, but every hurdle was worth it to get Marshaye to the closing table and into a home that fits her perfectly. ✨

Some home searches take a few unexpected turns along the way. 🏡✨

When I first met these buyers, they had already been through a lot in their home search and were starting to feel the weight of this competitive spring market. We looked at home after home, navigating multiple offer situations and all the ups and downs that can come with trying to buy at this time of year. Then finally, we found one that checked the boxes and, for the first time, we didn’t have to fight tooth and nail to make it theirs.

Even after getting under contract, we still hit a few bumps in the road, but through every hurdle they stayed positive, patient, and trusting through the process. Seeing it all come together on closing day made it that much more rewarding.

Congratulations to these two on officially becoming homeowners! 🎉 The very best part of this job is the relationships built along the way, and I’m so grateful this process brought new friends into my life… so luckily for them, they won’t be getting rid of me anytime soon 😁

Home is about so much more than the final signature at the closing table.

From Facetime calls and virtual showings to helping them navigate a big move from Joplin, it’s been such a privilege getting to know them throughout this journey. Relocating can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re house hunting from miles away, but moments like this are why I love what I do: helping make a major life transition feel a little more seamless.
