Finding the house is literally a fraction of the battle.

A GOOD Realtor is there for everything that happens after you say, “wait… I actually love this one.”

Knowing what to offer. Writing a contract that protects you. Negotiating. Inspections. Appraisals. Deadlines. Repair conversations. Lender hiccups. Title issues. Random plot twists nobody saw coming. And knowing when something is actually a big deal versus when we just need to figure it out and keep moving.

Pretty houses are the fun part. Problem solving, contract knowledge, communication, and knowing how to get you from “I want this house” to “I own this house” is the actual job.

So yes, knowing a Realtor is great.

Knowing a GOOD Realtor? Very different thing. :)
