Sometimes the right client comes into your life before the timing is right. 🤍

I met this buyer at an open house back in January 2025 and we stayed connected here and there until she finally texted me and said, “I’m ready.” We toured a few homes, talked through what really mattered to her, and then the perfect house in Monterey Hills hit the market that same week.

These folks originally reached out about one of our new construction listings hoping it might still be available when they made their move to COMO 6 months later. Spoiler alert… it definitely did not last that long 😂

BUT everything worked out exactly how it was supposed to because we found them the perfect fit in Arbor Pointe. The family friendly vibe, neighborhood pool, walking trails, lake, and park checked every box they were hoping for as they start this next chapter in Columbia.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to learn how my clients actually live day to day and helping guide them toward neighborhoods that truly fit their lifestyle.
