Looking for commercial s**ce: let me know if you know of anything !!

We are looking for a new home for our Howard County chapter of Sleep In Heavenly Peace. We have been very fortunate to be able to work within the confines of other extremely generous businesses, but are now hoping to find a place that can be our own for a while. Ideally it will be 2500 to 3000+ square feet of empty s**ce, in the county, where we can store our tools, bed parts and mattresses, and setup to build beds. A garage/dock door would be really helpful also. We are hoping to find someone who can 'donate' it in return for the charitable donation help they might get. We could possibly come up with some minimal rent and/or utility payments, and will insure it.
