This past holiday weekend I got to step away from the hustle/ grind of Real Estate and spent quality time with family!

It’s always rewarding spending time with family. From the graduation party, family wedding, and visiting Manhattan with my cousins, it was a mini vacation I won’t forget! My favorite part was wearing my new suit I bought for this wedding 😂

Closing day is coming quick! Here are a couple of tips for a smooth closing. Be sure to watch this week’s video where I discuss more.

1. Stay in constant contact with your agent and lender. Regular check-ins will make this process as smooth as possible.

2. Be patient. Both buyer and seller have been waiting to come together for the much anticipated closing. It’s an exciting time! However, it’s pivotal to review all documents carefully and to proceed with caution.
