Cindy possesses extensive experience and knowledge of zoning/land use and subdivision regulations, land planning design, septic requirements, and well drilling in both commercial and residential developments. In addition to her extensive career in land and lot real estate, Cindy has 8 years experience as a Land/Use Planner in the public sector of the Department of Planning & Zoning for residential and commercial project review. She has 10 years as a Site Engineer & Land Acquisition Manager. She has many years of experience in New Homes serving various custom home builders with lot purchases, home designs, material selection and home sales. Today, with over 25 years with Northrop Realty, Cindy continues to specialize in various types of land, lots and development. She maintains excellent relationships with all County personnel, contractors, engineers, developers, and builders. She can offer her clients the type of service that only comes with this level of extensive experience. Cindy currently resides in Howard County and Ocean Pines, Maryland. She enjoys many activities but her favorites include playing golf and spending time with family and friends at the beach.
