Story Time! Theme: "Full Circle"
Each person that becomes a client is special to me but this one is extra special. 🥰 Let me tell you why...
Ms. K was referred to me some time ago by a dear friend of mine. We began her home search last year. She went under contract on a home but chose to walk away because MAJOR issues were found during the inspections. She was so discouraged. I told her, "I know you're frustrated but the right home will come along for you!" She gave up but, in the meantime, I was still sending her properties. Two months ago, she called me, "Heather, I'm ready to start looking again!" 🙌🏾
Ms. K would do her research on a house before she'd tell me she wanted to tour it. She'd ride through the neighborhood. If the house was vacant, she'd go peep in the windows. 😆 One day, she called to tell me she wanted to see a house. As she's riding, she said "This house is in the neighborhood where the lady who made my cakes used to live. Her name was Miss Yvonne." I was in shock. Finally, I said, "GIRL! That was my mama!" Her: "The lady who lived behind the school and had this and that in the house, etc??" Me: "My mama!" All this time, we had a connection, other than our mutual friend, and didn't even know it. She had been a client of my mom's for what she loved to do, baking cakes. She became my client for what I love to do, making homeowners. That's why I call this story, "Full Circle". 🏡❤️ Welcome Home, Ms. K!
