NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. Smoking is allowed outside. Paraphernalia, residue and trash must be picked up & contained by Lessee. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of, not thrown on the lawn or into surrounding areas. Failure to do so will result in fees.

Please check your doorbell cameras for thiefs on our property early this morning! They were spotted at The Links & Thessalia subdivision too.
Around 3:30-3:45 a red Jeep Liberty(?) was pilfering round cars checking for unlocked doors.

Good evening residents,

I have had reports of frozen pipes already!
If your kitchen faces the north or takes on north wind because of the open green space; please open the cabinet doors under your sink, crack your dishwasher door, open the door to your furnace closet (especially 2-bedroom units) and turn your heat up to at least 68. The more warm air circulating, the better.
Outside wall plumbing is most likely to freeze. Bathrooms should be fine, those pipes are in interior walls.
Believe or not, snow around the buildings will help insulate the crawl spaces.
The guys and I were in and around every building today trying to prevent any unwanted air from entering the crawl space. This super cold snap is brutal, so please be safe.
In the event your water stops running, DO NOT leave the faucet "on". We need it to thaw slowly so the pipes don't burst. If you do not understand the protocol and are uncomfortable with Google solutions, contact me.

Extremely cold temperatures and snow are on the way! Remember to open the cabinet doors under your kitchen sink, remove items that block the flow of warm air to the pipes, open your furnace room door for better heat circulation & operate your dryer in evening.

Please respect the crew that comes to clean & treat the parking lot & sidewalks. The driveways are the first priority. Sidewalks & doorways will be cleared & treated when the snow slows or stops.
