Growing up just over an hour outside of Columbia in the small, close knit town of Bamberg, SC, I was always fascinated in the components of what makes a home feel like home. The value of lending a helping hand and a strong sense of community was instilled in me at a young age and led to what is now a true passion for helping my clients find “home.” Raised a Gamecock, it wasn’t a tough decision to attend the University of South Carolina where my love and appreciation of Columbia was set in stone. Today, I am incredibly proud not only to have been a resident of the Midlands for almost 20 years, but to be celebrating 10 years with Coldwell Banker, one of the top real estate brokerages both locally and nationwide. To celebrate my 10 year anniversary, and in the spirit of continuing to grow and learn for my clients, I pursued and received both an ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and a SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation this year. From first time home buyers to downsizers, relocators to investors and everything in between, I specialize in giving each sale or purchase client a personalized and customized approach with great attention given to their individual needs. I recognize each sale or purchase is often an important beginning or end to a chapter in a client’s life, and I am here to combine my years of experience, local market knowledge and genuine desire to help to give each client the best experience possible.
