We’ll, today it became official. We settled on the 2nd street property. It’s been a long process. Contractor and supply issues were a major factor on this project. 2 years is a long time on a flip house but it’s finally over. This was our biggest project on top of the issues. Congrats to the buyers, you got a great property. Welcome to Columbia! Thanks to all the people who helped get it done and sold.

Groff and Ranck has accepted an offer on our wonderful property on S 2nd Street after many many months and numerous contractor and supply issues. We’ve had numerous showings over the last week and lots of interest. Just want to thank everyone involved for all their hard work.
