Lowball offers aren’t strategic.
They’re diagnostic.

They tell the seller exactly how seriously you’re taking the deal.
They tell the agent exactly how much cleanup they’ll be doing.
They tell everyone whether this is a conversation… or a waste of time.

And here’s the part people don’t like to say out loud:

Most sellers don’t counter low offers.
They mentally disqualify the buyer and move on.

Not because they’re emotional.

Today was a special one…we officially closed on a home that I originally had the honor of helping my sellers purchase back in August 2021. 🏡

It’s always a full-circle moment when I get to help clients on both sides of their journey. Watching them turn a house into a home, and now helping them close this chapter as they move on to a brand-new city and brand-new adventures, has been such a privilege.
