Before earning my real estate license in 2009, I worked alongside my husband in his construction business. He has been building residential homes in Columbia and the central Missouri region since 1998. While in the construction business, I worked very closely with home buyers and their Realtor. I learned a lot about the real estate market and I also gained insight as to the qualities people value

in a Realtor. It has been my experience that a client’s primary need from a Realtor is sound, professional advice and exceptional customer service. Further, in order to provide the best service possible, good communication is imperative. The current state of our market requires constant attention in the buying and selling process to ensure maximum value is obtained for clients. Buyers’ and Sellers’ selection of their Realtor has a significant impact on their buying and selling experience. I pride myself on taking excellent care of all of my clients and many have referred me to their friends and family. As a result, my yearly sales volume has grown annually since my entrance into the business in 2009. In 2012 and 2013, I sold more than $10,000,000 of property. My efforts have been recognized with several honors in the last three years, for which I am very grateful. In 2010, I earned the “Rookie of the Year” award for my region (which includes Kansas, Illinois and Iowa). In 2011, I received the Joel Radman Award – given to an up-and-coming Realtor with good ethics, professionalism and “outside the box” thinking. In 2011, 2012,2013,2014,2015, and 216, I was proud to earn the highest award my company offers – the President’s Club Award.
