CLOSED!! Today one of our investor clients closed on the selling of this investment property. Investing in real estate, in my opinion, is the best vehicle to invest in. What other investments pay you monthly, can be leveraged almost completely by debt, and appreciate as much as real estate does? If none of that means anything to you, then do this...login to zillow or any other platform. Pick a random house. Look at the sales history. Look at one with multiple sales back over 10 to 20 years. Look at how much the first person that bought it for and what the last sales prices was. Guaranteed you look at more than a few and you'll find people who made 50k to 100k by simply owning the house. People sit on the fence for years renting, waiting on their forever home. Meanwhile making their landlords rich. The best thing you can do to build wealth for the middle class is buy a home. Pm me. If you are thinking about selling pm us here or Andrew McAbee! We are looking for clients actively around Lexington 1 area mostly. As well as Lugoff and Camden area. That's not the only places, but here. We are having a hard time finding homes for clients. It's still a good time to sell. It's not the same market it was a year ago, but houses are still flying off the shelf. Buyers are still checking online everyday looking for homes that aren't there. If it's even a thought to sell, hmu and we will figure something out that fits your situation!

Just a reminder, we still sell houses full time. We now also buy houses though. If you have a house you want to buy that needs a lot of work or you don't want to list, let us take a look at buying it also. We'll give you a price we can pay cash for it, and we'll also tell you what it can sell for on the market as is and what you can do to get the most for it. If you're looking to buy, pm us and we will get you approved and into the house you're looking for. I always give honest advice even if it costs me to not get you to buy or sell right now. I know there's a time for different phases of real estate in everybody's life and everyone situation is different.
