JT has been a resident of the Midlands since he moved here in 1991. Growing up in a military family, he was born in Germany and traveled to many countries as a young child. When his family moved back to the US, they settled down in Irmo where JT attended Irmo Middle School, Irmo High School, and Midlands Technical College to study Business Administration. He then went into the service industry for

several years. This is where he met Shana who supports him and all of his dreams. They are the proud parents of two girls, Kadence and Abby. In 2005, JT and Shana began looking for their first home. It was though this process that JT became interested in the buying and selling processes, and was inspired to become a real estate agent. Understanding that education aids in success, he continued learning about the real estate industry by becoming a certified REALTOR®, a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and a Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB). When JT is not working hard as a REALTOR® he spends time with his family. Kadence and Abby keep him busy with basketball, volleyball and band concerts. As a family, they regularly attend New Spring Church. JT enjoys spending time outside and working out at the gym while training for his first half marathon. JT will always remember the smile he had on his face when buying his first home and wants to put that smile on everyone in the Midlands.
