Do you really want to try and buy a home without even knowing IF you can even get Pre-approved and if so, for how much...what will your payment be...how much $$$ do you need to put down...how much $$$ do you need total when you close...???

It kinda goes without saying, these are all VERY IMPORTANT things to know!!

Also, consider this: Many Realtors won't even show you homes if you've not been Pre-approved and almost no Seller will accept an offer on a home if you've not been Pre-approved.

Pre-approvals are good for 3 months, so if your plan is to purchase by Summer, now would be the time to get yours in hand.
