Sunset Title opened for business in April of 2017, and is staffed by Connie and her daughters, Brittany West and Lindsey Liggett. Brittany is the closing processor and office manager, and Lindsey prepares title policies and sends out final documents. We strive to provide our clients with the best and smoothest service possible.
