Lime Rock Realty - Outer Banks has closed another one! 🏡

I had the pleasure of representing both the buyer and seller on this one. It’s always an honor to help both sides reach the finish line.

This one was a great reminder that the market always has the final say. We started out priced too high, went under contract once, had that deal fall apart, and then just two weeks later we were under contract again. By the end, we had received 8 offers.

Real estate has a way of teaching patience and humility. Sometimes the best thing you can do is listen to what the market is telling you, make the necessary adjustments, and trust the process.

A big thank you to Windy Rose and her team for doing a fantastic job as the closing attorney. I truly appreciate all of your hard work and attention to detail in getting this one across the finish line.
