SOLD STORY: See the Potential
Belle bought her first house at just 18 years old.
It was a project, but with a lot of help from family—and a whole lot of sweat equity—Belle and Landon transformed it. They updated nearly every room on the main level, painted the exterior, replaced the roof, and eventually finished the basement to nearly double their living space.
A few years, a wedding, and a lot of projects later, they were ready for their next home.
And luckily, when your aunt is a real estate agent, houses tend to find their way into the conversation.
Mandy had recently shown a house that wasn't the right fit for another buyer and thought it might be worth Belle and Landon taking a look.
Belle wasn't convinced.
Landon saw the potential.
He took the listing photos and used AI to visualize the house with new flooring, fresh paint colors, and their own furniture. Suddenly, Belle could see it too.
They were ready to make the move.
Their offer was accepted, which meant it was time to get their current house sold—and quickly. They spent the weekend getting it ready, we hit the market, received multiple offers, and sold over asking with the closing date they needed to make the transition work.
Now Belle and Landon have another project on their hands.
Something tells us this won't be the last time a house looks completely different once they're finished with it.
