The Steve Lenet Team of Long & Foster

WOW!!! I’m here in Rockville for today’s home inspection on the penthouse level of a fabulous high-rise condo. Check out these pics from one of the two balconies! You can see the Blueridge Mountains, Alexandra/Reston Virginia, AND HIS MOM on her balcony of another nearby condominium. WHAT??? Another happy buyer, for sure!

Why does my seller look so happy? His beautiful Silver Spring home sold quickly, and for over the asking price. Now I‘ve got to find him a new home…or he’ll be living in my basement!

A 2 bedroom townhome seemed like a good idea back in 2019. Now, with two kids (and another on the way!) it's time to find a new place to call 'home'.

Can I get a YAHOO for Andrew and Allyson, new owners of a wonderful new home in Silver Spring! A special 'Thank You' to Andrew's parents, Michael and Laurie for thinking enough of me to recommend me to their son and future daughter-in-law. Hey guys, that's two sons now! Got any more kids out there?
