In this clip from The Soda Citizen Podcast, Nate Terracio, Director of the Koger Center for the Arts shares how a grant from the Levitt Family Foundation is helping bring recurring free concerts to the front lawn of the Koger Center and create opportunities for neighbors to connect through live music and community.⁠

The series kicked off this spring with concerts in April and May and will return this fall beginning September 10th from 5–7 PM.⁠

Nothing beats a summer evening at the ballpark… even with a little weather delay ⚾🌦️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Spring Fling at the ! Rain may have slowed us down for a bit, but it didn’t stop a fun night of baseball, ballpark snacks, and spending time with some of our favorite people.

We’re so grateful for this community and always love the opportunity to connect outside of real estate 🤍 We can’t wait to see you at the next event!
