There’s "customer service," and then there’s being treated like family. 🍕📖
I stopped by today, and they handed me this: a personalized engraved planner. What moved me most wasn’t just the gift itself, it was the fact that they had this waiting for me.
They didn’t know exactly when I’d be back, but they took the time to personalize it and keep it ready for our next visit. That is the definition of "going the extra mile" without an audience.
In my real estate business, I’m constantly reminded that the most important part of a "closing" isn’t the signature, it’s the relationship. It’s not about the transaction; it’s about making people feel seen and appreciated long after the deal is done.
