Most other Hotel Brokerages lock you into a 12 month listing agreement, post your listing on there website and then they wait for people to see it and call. With the large number of listings they have their brokers spend most of their time getting new listings and less time selling existing listings.

I know Successfully selling your hotel can be done differently. Our listing agreement is only 90 days, if we can’t find you a buyer quickly, locking you into a long term agreement holding you in place only hurts you. We want you to be successful and refer us to your colleagues, so we want to treat you right. If we can’t sell your hotel we will recommend other Brokers that have their own investors. We promise to treat you the same way we would treat our own family.

Commission rates vary in the industry, some charge flat fees, some charge as much as 8%... Again we want you to have a great experience selling your hotel and refer us to your colleagues. That’s why we only charge 2% and for larger deals we charge even less.

Reach is one of the most important things to consider when selling your hotel. The more people you reach the more likely you are to find a buyer.
