Fall in Columbia is almost here, and I’m more than ready. 🍂

The best news of the week: this sweet family CLOSED! 🖤✨

And goodness, did they earn this one.

It was quite a ride—countless showings, plenty of ups and downs, and three times under contract before finally making it to the closing table. Third time really was the charm. ✨

Now they’re officially closing this chapter and starting a brand-new one in a beautiful new home with plenty of room for their growing family. I couldn’t be happier for them. 🖤
